Timetable of events
11.00am Festivities begin with Tudor music onthe catle forecourt and the chance to try your hand on the archery field.
12.30pm Learn a little about Tudor etiquette
12.45pm The arrival of Queen Anne Boleyn from the castle
1.00pm Dancing from the Tudor Period. Visitor are invited to try the more common dances of the day
1.30pm Another chance for visitors to display their skills with the bow on the archery field.
2.30pm The King arrives from the castle and makes his way to the archery field for 'The King's Archery Contest' when young archers can compete for 'The Green Sash'.
3.30pm Loyal subjects of the Crown demonstrate the merry Morris Dance on the Castle Forecourt. Monday 4th only
4.00pm The King and Queen enjoy the gardens whilst their musicians entertain on the castle forecourt.
Archery sessions will be held from 11.30am-12.30pm, 1.30pm-3.30pm and 4.00pm-5.00pm.
