Rowing Boats: Traditional rowing boats are available for hire from 11am until 5pm at weekends (£10 for an hour) from the boathouse on the lakeside near the Loggia. Available weekends and school holidays from April (depending on the weather).

Audio Guides: £2.75 available in English, French & German from the ticket office, information centre or castle entrance.  We also have a Children's tour in English only

Toilets & Baby Changing Facilities: The toilets are situated near the Entrance Lodge, in the Moat Restaurant and next to the Pavilion Restaurant. All three have disabled toilets and baby changing facilities.

Pushchairs:  Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pushchairs inside the castle.  The pushchair may be parked in the castle courtyard at owner's risk.

Parking: Parking is plentiful and is free.

Photography:
Still photography or videoing is not allowed in the castle, but is permitted in the gardens.

Dogs:
Dogs are permitted in the grounds on leads only.

Meeting Point:

To avoid congestion in the car parks at busy times please arrange to meet friends on the castle forecourt or information point.
